In 2016 Russia exported 511.1 thousand tons of raw copper, down by 9.2% YoY.

According to the Federal Customs Service,

Copper deliveries to the far foreign countries decreased by 10.1% YoY, to 501.1 thousand tons, to CIS – went up by 69.5%, to 10 thousand tons.

In monetary terms exports decreased by 22% YoY, to $2.404 billion, including by 22.6%, to $2.371 billion to far foreign countries, and by 42.8%, to $32.7 million to CIS. (Ukrainian metal)
