Novotroitsk Plant of Chromium Compounds has invested 868.1 million rubles in construction of a ferroalloy production facility in the city of Novotroitsk, the Orenburg region government said in a statement.
The annual production capacity of the new facility is 240 tons of degassed aluminothermal chrome in the form of tablets, 7.1 tons of metallurgic chrome oxide, and 300 tons of ferromolybdenum. The new products will be exported, the government says. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
