In 2016 Yerunakovskaya-VIII mine produced 3 million tons of coal.
Despite the difficult mining and geological conditions as well as the increased volume of gas Yerunakovskaya-VIII is the local mining leader.
The mine was put into operation in February 2013. The coal concentrate mined there, after it is processed at Kuzhetskaya and Abashevskaya factories, is supplied to the metal companies of Evraz, and partially exported. (Ukrainian metal)
