Russia’s coal output fell by 2.7% YoY but grew by 2.7% MoM in December 2016, the Federal State Statistics Service said.
It increased by 3.4% YoY, to 385 million tons in 2016.
Russia’s production of iron ore concentrate grew by 0.3% YoY, to 101 million tons in 2016, and production of metallurgical coal coke rose by 1.2% to 26.3 million tons in the period, the service said. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
