Rusal intends to construct a terminal in the free port of Vanino with the alumina throughput capacity of 1.5 million tons.
The capacity could be increased to 3 million tons per year. The investments total 5.4 billion rubles, with 2 billion planned on behalf of the state. (Ukrainian metal)
