The minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik acknowledged that the so-called Rotterdam+ formula didn’t resolve the issue of the energy-generating coal deliveries.
Earlier energy expert Andrei Gerus said that the formula didn’t live to its expectations.
“Deliveries from LDPR haven’t ceased, we are still dependent on them. The heating season is again under threat. The emergency committee has been created headed by the vice-prime minister Vladimir Kistion”, he said. (Ukrainian metal)
