ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih says it has paid in full for the damage done to the Ukrzaliznytsia wagons.
“All the damaged wagons have been repaired and returned to Ukrzaliznytsia. All the loses have been 100% compensated”, the company said in a statement.
The company also said, that even having direct contacts with Ukrzaliznytsia it still had to address private transporters, the services of which were much more expensive.
“The bad quality of Ukrzaliznytsia services resulted in 217 million UAH of losses. We could have paid some 45 million UAH of taxes to the state budget”, the company said. (Ukrainian metal)
