The Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine has satisfied the cassation appeal of ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih.
According to the company statement, the court decision cancels the decision of the Dniepropetrovsk Commercial Court of Appeals, while the decision of the Commercial Court of the Dniepropetrovsk region that prohibited the prosecutors from claiming 72.69 million UAH of damage done to the state by the violations of the environmental legislation is left unchanged.
Earlier prosecutors found out that AMKR had been polluting the air without the right to do so. (Ukrainian metal)
