Evraz ZSMK has started producing 60E 1 rails with 100 m length. Evraz became the first company in Russia to produce these rails.
Evraz is also working on improving logistics to increase geography of delivery.
60 E1 rails can be used both for passenger transportation and for cargo transportation.
At present Evraz ZSMK can produce 8 types of rails according to European standards. 60 E1 rails are the first rails of European sections produced with 100-m length. Previously 100-m long rails were produced for local consumption only. (Ukrainian metal)
