All the companies of DTEK, situated on the occupied territories, are working under Ukrainian jurisdiction.
“We have 8 companies on uncontrolled territories: mines, one power plant and network companies that transport electricity in the Donetsk region. All of them pay taxes to Ukrainian budget”, the company CEO Maxim Timchenko said.
“We bring as much coal mined there as is needed for Ukrainian energy system”, he added.
DTEK sells electricity only to those companies, situated on the uncontrolled territory, that have been registered in Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
