In January-June Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works produced 1.02 million tons of rolled metal, down by 15.6% YoY.
According to a company representative, steel smelting dropped by 13.8%, to 1.02 million tons, while pig iron output decreased by 8.1%, to 1.04 million tons, all YoY.
In June DMK produced 132 thousand tons of rolled metal, 118 thousand tons of steel and 118 thousand tons of pig iron, as opposed to 167, 180 and 182 thousand tons in May respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
