The Interdepartmental working group for coordination of commercial activities at Zaporozhye Aluminum Works believes it is necessary to have a reprivatization of 68.01% shares of the company, that have been earlier returned to the state ownership.
“The group will address the Ministry of finances and the Ministry of economical development and trade to consider the decree that includes ZALK”, said the group in its statement.
The group started coordinating commercial activity of the company in April 2015.
Last year ZALK received 2043.75 million UAH of net losses, up by 3.6% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
