Shareholders of Evraz – Dniepropetrovsk Iron and Steel Works named after Petrovsky have decided to change the company name to Evraz Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works.
According to the company statement, they have also changed the ownership of the company from public joint-stock company to private joint-stock company. (Ukrainian metal)
