The heads of the militants in Lugansk region have appointed a temporary administration at Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant, which is being idle because of the military activities. This administration will be managing the works for 18 months.
The administration plans to make an inventory of the captured company.
Some of the members of this administration have previously worked at the plant. (Ukrainian metal)
