As of March 12, Ukrainian importers of pipes have used up 82.03% of the annual quota for the delivery of seamless casing steel pipes with up to 406.4 mm diameter.

According to the Ministry of economical development and trade, from October 1, 2015 till September 30, 2016 the quota was on the level of 19505 tons. As of March 12, the ministry gave licenses for the supply of 16 thousand tons of pipes, or 82.03%. The rest of the quota is 3505 tons.

Russia has used up 99.99% of its quota (13.863 thousand tons, with 2 tons to be supplied), while Austria used up 74.77% of its quota (2137 tons supplied, 721 tons to be supplied). As of February 2, Romania (245 tons), Slovakia (199 tons), India (84 tons) and China (56 tons) haven’t used their quotas. (Ukrainian metal)
