The supervisory board of Evraz Sukhaya Balka appointed Alexander Batareyev the general director of the company.
According to the company statement, Batareyev is the minor shareholder.
On February 11, the supervisory board dismissed Denis Lukin from the office of the general director and appointed Batareyev the acting CEO, who had been the chief engineer of the company.
In 2014 Evraz Sukhaya Balka received 839.28 million UAH of profits. (Ukrainian metal)
