Azovstal has put its oxygen converter #1 into operation after capital repairs.
In 19 days the converter was cleaned of slag. Zaporozhogneupor placed refractories.
“The first converter went on repairs with a record – 5045 smeltings, up by 68% than guaranteed by the supplier”, said the company in its statement.
The repair cost 7.7 million UAH. (Ukrainian Metal)
