The Commercial court of Kiev has renewed the case of Metinvest Holding against Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works for the recovery of 5.82 billion UAH.
The court has also arrested Alchevsk Works money in several banks.
In 2010 Metinvest Holding and Alchevsk Works concluded an agreement. According to the document in 2012-2014 Metinvest supplied $418.37 million worth of products to Alchevsk, but the works never paid $109.65 million (or 2.7 billion UAH). The rest is the fines and interest. (Ukrainian Metal)
