In January Ukraine produced 6544 thousand tons of iron ore and iron ore concentrate, down by 3.2% MoM, or by 2156 thousand tons.
In particular iron ore output increased by 4.1%, or by 42 thousand tons, to 1065 thousand tons, while that of concentrate went down by 4.5%, or by 257 thousand tons, to 5479 thousand tons, all MoM.
Sinter output in January decreased by 6.5%, or by 189 thousand tons, to 2739 thousand tons, with pellets output rising by 21.3%, or by 359 thousand tons, to 2041 thousand tons.
In January iron ore and iron ore concentrate output decreased by 1.5% YoY, or by 98 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
