The Ministry of energy and coal industry has made a decree “On the market of coal products” targeting the rules of trade on the coal market within the stages of power sphere privatization and creating the clear market of coal.
The decree determines legislative, economical and organizational foundations of the coal market based on free competition, consumer rights protection and providing the condition for a free and stable coal supplying. (Ukrainian metal)
