The Donetsk Commercial Court of Appeals has confirmed the recovery of 254.98 million UAH of debts from Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works and the Industrial Union of Donbass under the credit agreement with the State Export and Import Bank.
On May 23, 2014 the bank applied to the court to recover 209.75 million UAH of debts under the credit agreement from the two companies. On May 15, 2015 it increased the amount of recovery and asked to recover 267.43 million UAH. The court has partially satisfied its claims, decreasing the amount of fine. (Ukrainian metal)
