The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (USA) plans to cancel its depository agreement with Interpipe NTZ.
The existing American depository receipts will become void on March 14, 2016, after that their holders will be able to exchange them for Interpipe NTZ base shares.
In 2014 Interpipe NTZ received 1.02 billion UAH of losses. The works is capable of manufacturing over 1.1 million tons of steel products per year. (Ukrainian metal)
