The Commercial Court of Dniepropetrovsk region has determined the claim register to the major Ukrainian pipe producer – Dniepropetrovsk Tube Works.

In June Radical Bank initiated the company bankruptcy with 19 million UAH claim. But the Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD), owned by the Russian government-controlled VTB bank, claimed the debt of 1.64 billion UAH according to metal delivery agreements, concluded in 2003-2013. But it couldn’t supply original papers, so the court only acknowledged some 500 million UAH of debts.

Other claimants include Region with 180 million UAH, Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company (40 million UAH), the State Fiscal Service (130 million), Energo Invest (75 million), Raiffeisen Bank Aval (40 million) and DTEK Donetskoblenergo (20 million UAH). (Ukrainian metal)
