Ukraine: coal deliveries freed from VAT

The Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine has made amendments to the Tax code and freed coal deliveries from VAT from July 1, 2017.

These amendments were introduced in the state decree #3073. 232 people’s deputies supported it. (Ukrainian metal)
