Deliveries of the South African coal for Ukrainian thermal power stations, that have been experiencing shortages of it due to the military activity in Donbass, are expected at the end of November.
“Unfortunately, there are as yet no deliveries of South African coal. They are expected at the end of November”, said the Ukrenergo chief controller Vitaly Zaichenko.
By November 1, the Ministry for energy and coal industry plans to have accumulated 2.5 million tons of coal at the thermal power stations warehouses.
“We expect a 300 thousand tons lag”, added Zaichenko. (Ukrainian metal)
