The state enterprise Ukrinterenergo has signed an agreement with Russneftedobycha Ltd to supply 200 thousand tons of coal.
The coal has to be delivered by March 2016. The company does not disclose the contract price, noting that it could be agreed upon in amendments.
The coal supplier is not the producer, but a middleman with all the signs of fictitious nature. First of all, Russnefetdobycha has an authorized capital stock of around $160. It was registered in April 2014 in 16, Tverskoy Boulevard in Moscow. This is the lodging of the Imperia restaurant. According to its site, it was taken by raiders. (Ukrainian metal)
