Beginning with October the largest mining-metallurgical group of Ukraine – Metinvest – started selling its plate with double certification according to EN 10025-2 and GOST 14637.
According to the group statement, now Ukrainian metal construction manufacturers and machine-builders can buy the plate to produce wares for both local and foreign markets. Earlier metal corresponding to European norms was made to order.
In July Metinvest started implementing European norms on the Ukrainian market of galvanized steel: it now sells galvanized sheets and coils made according to DSTU EN 10346. (Ukrainian metal)
