On October 28, shareholders of the Artemovsk Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Works (AZOTSM, Donetsk region) plan to discuss the renaming of the company.
According to the company statement, the meeting will also dwell on the cancellation of decisions taken on July 21, when the authorized capital stock of the company was increased by a partial shares allocation.
Moreover the current supervisory board would be dismissed and the new one formed.
In 2014 AZOTSM received 120.37 million UAH of losses. (Ukrainian metal)
