Ukraine has not stopped buying coal from occupied territories of Donbass, said the head of the Donetsk region military-civilian administration Pavel Zhebrivsky.
“We have to understand that, first of all, these are the state mines or the mines of Rinat Akhmetov. They pay VAT and all the rest to Ukraine. Those miners could end up as terrorists, if they stop being miners. If they don’t have salary, they would have to take up arms”, Zhebrivsky explained. (Ukrainian metal)
