In January-August Zaporizhstal produced 2.62 million tons of steel, up by 1.3% YoY.
According to the company statement, its pig iron output rose by 10% YoY, to 2.43 million tons, while that of rolled metal – by 1.4%, to 2.25 million tons.
In August the works produced 326.3 thousand tons of pig iron, 350.1 thousand tons of steel and 291 thousand tons of rolled metal. (Ukrainian metal)
