The General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine reported that the Muzhievo gold mine had been restored to the state.
2 years ago the Commercial court of the Zakarpatye region illegally gave a part of the mine to the Karpaty Ore Company.
The regional public prosecutor’s office took a review of that judgment.
Last year the Supreme Commercial court of Ukraine satisfied its cassational appeal and returned the case to the Lviv Commercial court of appeals. That court has cancelled the illegal decision of the Zakarpatye region Commercial court.
Thus the gold mine, founded by the Ministry for the economical development and trade of Ukraine, has been returned to the state. (Ukrainian metal)
