In the Stanichno-Lugansk district at the Nizhnyaya Teplaya station a railroad line was blown leading to train carrying coal for the Lugansk thermal power station leaving the track.
“Operational-Investigations group of militia is working there with the military. Causes of the blowing-up are being investigated”, said the head of the Ministry for Internal Affairs Main Office in Lugansk region Anatoly Naumenko.
Warehouses of mines, situated in the Kiev-uncontrolled territories, pile up 2 million tons of coal. If this coal is brought to Ukrainian thermal power stations, it will allow the country to survive the coming winter without cutting off electricity. (Ukrainian metal)
