Ministry for Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine decided to pay the state enterprise “Mine #1 Novovolynskaya” 19.5 million UAH.
According to the press-service of the Confederation of the Free Trade Unions of Ukraine, some part of that amount will be used to pay salary to the miners.
Prior to that decision the miners have been striking for three days. The state miners were refusing to work until they were paid their salaries for 3 months and a half. (Ukrainian metal)
