Ukraine has to buy certain grades of coal from mines in the Russia-supported terrorists-occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
“Donbass will not get a special status. I think, there would be a simple model: we need coal; certain thermal power plants depend on specific mines. For example, near Kiev there is a TPP that can’t work without the Ugledar coal. That means we will be buying coal, metal and coke. All the terrorists earn they will have to spend on the reconstruction of the destroyed houses and roads. We will not do this. Pension and salary will also have to be paid from this money”, said head of the Petro Poroshenko Block Yuri Lutsenko. (Ukrainian Metal)
