The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to give 2 billion UAH to energy companies to buy coal.
“That would be loans”, vice-prime minister Valery Voschevsky said.
He confirmed that the state Oschadbank would give money to state-owned Energorynok, which in its turn would give it to DTEK, Donbassenergo and Centrenergo.
He said the energy companies would receive money depending on their share on the energy market, but didn’t give any certain sums. (Ukrainian metal)
