Ukraine: steel semi-finished products export-import operations in 2014
In 2014 Ukraine decreased its carbon steel semi-finished products exports by 15.8%, to 9.16 million tons, YoY. At the same time they fell by 17.2%, to $4.34 billion.
Ukraine: steel consumption to fall in 2015
In 2014 Ukrainian companies consumed 4 million tons of steel, down by 43.7% YoY (7.1 million tons in 2013).
Ukraine to import 12-14 million tons of coke in 2015
According to Ukrkoks association, in 2015 Ukraine will need to import 12-14 million tons of coking coal to meet the domestic demand.
