Ukraine’s export share in the total rolled metal output increased from 78.6% in 2012 to 80.5% in 2013.
Ukraine exported 23130 thousand tons of rolled metal (including 10871 thousand tons of semi-finished products), 2226 thousand tons of pig iron, 692 thousand tons of ferroalloys. This constituted 103.1% of rolled metal, 113.1% of pig iron and 86.9% of ferroalloys to 2012 level.
As to 2012 semi-finished products exports increased by 7.5%, sheets export increased by 2.2%, while long products exports decreased by 3.7%. (Ukrainian metal)
