In the January-August period of this year Ukraine’s exports of iron ore increased by 7% year on year to 25.3 million tons.
Meanwhile, exports of iron ore from Ukraine increased by 4.7% in August compared to July, rising to 3 million tons.
In the January-August period Ukrainian imports of iron ore increased by 22% year on year to 1.907 million tons. In August Ukraine’s imports of iron ore decreased by 2.5% compared to July to 236,000 tons. (SteelOrbis/Ukrainian metal)
