Ukrainian steelmaker Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works, a subsidiary of the Ukrainian steel producer Industrial Union of Donbass, has announced that in November this year it plans to increase its production of rolled steel products by 7% MoM to 330,000 tons and aims to increase its production of crude steel by around 10% compared to October, to around 365,000 tons.
In the January to October period Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works shipped 2.8 million tons of steel products, down by 8% year on year. (SteelOrbis)
