In the January to March period of 2012 Ukraine’s exports of steel products decreased by 11.3% YoY to 5.414 million tons. In March Ukraine’s steel product exports increased by 19.2% compared to February to 1.818 million tons.
In the first three months of the current year Ukraine registered a 62.7% increase YoY in its steel product imports to 412,800 tons. In March Ukraine’s steel product imports increased by 16.5% compared to February to 152,900 tons. (SteelGuru)
