It is reported that in November steel output in Ukraine declined by 0.8% MoM and roll production increased by 2% MoM.
Most of the steelmakers maintained previous month’ production level, while Metinvest’s Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works (ENMZ) displayed 10.3% MoM and 11.7% MoM hikes in steel and roll production respectively.
According to a Millennium Capital analyst, “The news is neutral for the steel producers. November steel production followed October pattern with minor fluctuations. The boost in ENMZ output happened because of the return to the normal production after the blast furnace repairs in October.” (Millennium Capital)
