It is reported that Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works, one of the three largest steel mills in Ukraine, plans to increase its statutory fund by 3.7 times to UAH 3.093 billion.
The increase of the company statutory fund was put on the agenda of a general meeting of the company’s shareholders scheduled for July 1st.
According to an official report of the works posted in the information disclosure system of the State Commission for Securities and the Stock Market, referring to the publication of the updated agenda last week, the statutory fund would be increased to replenish circulating funds and to further develop the company.
