It is reported that in the Q1 of 2010 the pipe producing subsidiaries of the Ukrainian Interpipe Corporation increased their steel pipe output 2.1 times to 186,100 tons.
Specifically, during the first three months of 2010 Interpipe NTRP registered a 54.5% increase in its pipe production to 77,700 tons, Interpipe NMPP saw its pipe output increase 2.03 times to 41,400 tons, while Interpipe Niko Tube pipe output rose 3.9 times to 67,000 tons, all compared to January to March 2009.
In the Q1 of 2010 Ukraine production of steel pipes increased by about 4% YoY to 344,000 tons. (SteelOrbis)
