The Pipe Metal Company held an annual meeting of the shareholders in Yekaterinburg on June 8.
The shareholders have elected the board of directors and the revision commission. Ernst and Young LLC has been appointed the auditor.
The meeting decided to pay dividends for 2016 in the amount of 1.96 rubles per ordinary share (2.024 billion rubles). The total volume of dividends to be paid is 4.03 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
