In January-March Ukraine decreased both exports and imports of iron ore raw materials.
In particular Ukraine exported 9.8 million tons of raw materials, down by 4% YoY, with 4 million tons exported in March.
Imports in Q1 dropped by 88% YoY, or by 660 thousand tons, to 90 thousand tons. In March Ukraine imported 12 thousand tons of iron ore raw materials from Kachkanarsky Mining and Processing Works (Russia).
In 3 months Ukrainian metal companies received 6.6 million tons of local iron ore raw materials, with 1.9 million tons supplied in March, down by 150 thousand tons MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
