The European Union has imposed a 12.5% antidumping duty on rebars and rolled wire produced by the Belarus Iron and Steel Works for 5 years.
The duty was imposed following the complaint of Eurofer.
The volume of the duty is preliminary, the investigation will last for 6 months. According to the statement, the Belarus rebars occupied 5% of the European market, with exports to the EU up 3 times from 2012 to 2015. (Ukrainian metal)
