The Ukrainian association of secondary metals (UAVtormet) has elected Vladimir Bubley the president.
Bublei has been the general director of Ceramet since 1995.
UAVtormet, founded in 1999, unites scrap companies of Ukraine, which provide for some 75% of scrap processing. (Ukrainian metal)
