Moscow has put a 100% stake of the Moscow Pipe Works valued at 1.58 billion rubles up for an auction.

According to the auction documents, the company assets include 25 buildings with the floor square of 107.6 thousand square meters. Of them over 19 thousand square meters have been leased. The assets also include 10 thousand square meters of empty warehouse premises and 500 square meters of administrative premises. 9 premises ranging from 74 to 1045 square meters could be leased. Authorities welcome offers by November 29.

This is not the first auction for the works. Last time the company was auctioned for 3 billion rubles.

MZTK was founded in 1984. The company produces pipes of various diameters and uses, as well as wares and billets. (Ukrainian metal)
