The Cabinet of Ministers has approved of appointing Andrei Dyachenko the general director of the state coalmining enterprise Lvivugol. Previously Dyachenko worked as the acting general director of the company. In March the Ministry of energy and coal industry announced Dyachenko the winner of the competition for the office of Lvivugol CEO. (Ukrainian metal)
On July 5, Lvivugol received 10 million UAH for coal delivered to the thermal power plants. The money was spent to pay salary to miners. According to the first deputy of the Lviv regional state administration head Rostislav Zamlinsky, miners received some 40% of their May salary. (Ukrainian metal)
The Zarechnaya mine is being taken from Lvivugol. Vladimir Lokshina has been appointed the acting director of the mine. The mine was put into operation in 1970 and joined Lvivugol in 2003. Lvivugol has ordered the Promtorg company delivery of filter equipment valued at 29.02 million UAH. In particular, it will buy 21.19 million UAH worth of self-rescuers (7408 UAH per piece). Turkish investors plan to modernize Lvivugol mines and buy coal.
