Ferrexpo AG (Switzerland) has accumulated 99.02% of Poltava Mining and Processing Works. Earlier the Ferrexpo stake amounted to 97.43% in the total number of shares and 39.12% in the voting shares. Konstantin Zhevago has left the supervisory board of Poltava Mining and Processing Works, the largest iron ore pellets producer in Ukraine.
